Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscription payments made to LeadFront AI are final and non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Strict Non-Refund Policy: All subscription payments made to LeadFront AI are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription fees for the "Wedge" and "Pro" tiers. Because LeadFront provides immediate value through lead recovery and automated SMS sequences, no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

2. Mindbody Migration Credit

In the event LeadFront offers a "Migration Credit" to offset Mindbody's subscriber data export fee (typically $500), such credit is applied strictly as an account credit against future LeadFront subscription invoices. Migration credits have no cash value and are non-refundable upon cancellation of service.

3. Cancellation

This service requires a minimum 12-month commitment. Customers may cancel their subscription after the initial 12-month contract term via the "Billing Portal" in the Dashboard. After the initial term, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the RevenueOS platform and the AI Front Desk will be terminated upon the expiration of the paid term.
